We offer a 12–24 month warranty on key components. If your scooter experiences an issue covered under warranty, we’ll first send you the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
You also have the option to bring your scooter to one of our authorized service partners—we’ll supply the parts and cover the repair costs. If no partner is available near you, you may take it to any local scooter repair shop, and we’ll cover the service expenses.
Alternatively, you can ship the scooter back to our headquarters where our technicians will inspect and repair it for you.

Honestly, I didn’t expect this thing to be that powerful. The Thunder 3 is a beast – acceleration is crazy and the suspension feels super smooth, even on rough roads. I’ve hit over 60 mph and still felt totally in control. The battery lasts longer than I thought too. It’s heavy, yeah, but if speed and power are what you’re after, this scooter delivers.
